"A must see school! A warm & loving environment where all the teachers have a genuine love for children.

This school was highly recommended to me & I highly recommend it to others. There is no question where

I will send my second child."

“My older son spent his pre-Kindergarten year at CGOL, and was very prepared for taking that important

step into Kindergarten. He knew his letters, his numbers, and was very ready socially for what his

Kindergarten teacher would expect from him. There was no question where I would send his little brother

when he was ready for nursery school, and he’s doing great there.”

"A unique program that groups the children by Developmental Stage and interests NOT AGE. Each child

moves at their own speed with peers of similar talents. Each day they get reading, lesson, art, music, science,

sign language and Spanish. Four teachers to a max of 30 children per session. Ratio is 1:8 The program is

17 years old and the teachers are personal friends making the program a very warm and friendly place. Call

and speak with Sue, the director and founder. You will love it!!"

"My daughter has been at Children's Garden for three years and she couldn't be happier. The environment

is very warm and welcoming, and teachers genuinely care about the students. There is a good mix of free

play and more structured learning. When my daughter was ready to start reading, Ms Sue worked with her

individually and really boosted her confidence. We wanted our daughter's first school experience to be a

positive one, and she got that and much more at CGOL."

"I looked around at several schools before deciding on CGOL. When I walked in the door, I knew I had found

the right fit for my daughter. I felt right at home, and that’s what I was looking for. A home away from home

but with a strong educational and nurturing foundation. Now, I have two children in the program. We have all

made such strong bonds, developed great relationships that will last a lifetime and built that solid foundation

to prepare them in the years to come."

“Our son Michael has been a student at the Children's Garden of Learning for the past three years. In that

time, Michael has grown tremendously in academics, social skills and creativity. We have been very impressed

with the knowledge and caring of the staff. Each teacher really seems to get to know the children as individuals.

We are blown away by his ability to read and credit Ms. Sue and her team 100%! Ms. Sue was always open to

allowing us to "observe" our son throughout the day. She hides us very well so that our child does not see us

observing him. She periodically checks in with us during our visit and takes the time to explain different

activities and how he interacts with the other children. You learn so much about your child during these

visits.

Michael's older cousins are now 10 and 12 and also attended the school. We chose this school for our son

based on their recommendation and our observations back then. The structured curriculum is second to

none. We highly recommend the Children's Garden of Learning for the development of children preparing

for elementary school and more importantly, life.

We will greatly miss the friendly staff and their ability to effectively communicate with us as parents. We wish

them all the best and are happy to be a reference for future parents looking for feedback on the school.”

"Ms. Sue along with her entire faculty and staff are wonderful and highly professional. The school is not just a

daycare center or babysitting service, it is an educational institution where preschoolers are taught the academic

and social skills they need to succeed in elementary school. My two children (who are now honor students in high

school and middle school) were well prepared for the challenges of kindergarten and beyond thanks to the programs

at Children’s Garden of Learning."

"The Children's Garden of Learning is a "small and personal" learning environment.  This is just one of the many reasons

why our children benefited and truly enjoyed the time that they spent there.  After meeting Ms. Sue and getting an

overview of the program, my husband and I enrolled our two sons in the The Children's Garden of Learning in the fall of

2009.  Our initial impression was that of a cheerful stimulating setting that any child would be eager to explore.  As the

school year progressed, it proved to be just that.

The children had four different individuals, with different personalities, that they interacted with each day.  Ms. Carolyn

was the familiar face greeting them at the door each day.  She rarely missed a day if any!  They would come home singing

there favorite songs from ms. Jackie's music class, or sing to me "The Days of the Week" in Spanish after  having circle

time with Ms. Sue.  Our older son's favorite class was Art, in which they were able to use their own creativity, while

Ms. Ruthann guided them step by steb through each project.  My favorite project has to be the mobile of our Solar System.

Just imagine how many planets were p ainted, (and dried), and hung by yarn to each child's set of hangers!  That certainly

requires the utmost time, patience and caring:  all of the qualities that ms. Ruthann brings to The Children's Garden each

  and every day.

We are delighted that our older son has started Kindergarten with the confidence he needs to foster a love of learning

for all the years to come.  We are thankful that he had one year at The Children's Garden with these four remarkable and

skilled women, encouraging and guiding him, each in their own way, in preparation for Kindergarten.  They definitely taught

"the whole child" and that is what makes this program unique.  We look forward to another refreshing year at The Children's

Garden with our youngest child, who can't wait for Monday!
